Greater Saratoga Regional Horse Park Study

Saratoga's equine industry and educational leaders have spent nearly two years developing and implementing a feasibility study to determine the potential for a horse park. On behalf of Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County and the many groups and individuals who assisted with the process, I am pleased to present the final report.
